Yes, renting reusable moving boxes is cheaper than buying cardboard boxes. We compared our two-bedroom moving kit to Home Depot's two-bedroom moving kit here.
Are your boxes cleaned and sanitized?
Yes! Our boxes are cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before every delivery. We understand that you're placing your personal possessions in our boxes so we hold our cleaning process to a very high standard.
How big are reusable moving boxes?
Simply Box'd currently offers one size box with the dimensions of 27.3" x 17.2" x 12.6".
How many reusable moving boxes will I need to move?
One-bedroom home - 20 boxes
Two-bedroom home - 40 boxes
Three-bedroom home - 60 boxes
Four-bedroom home - 80 boxes
Five-bedroom home - 100 boxes
During the checkout process, you can customize your order in terms of rental duration, number of dollies, amount of packing paper, and more.

How stackable are reusable moving boxes?
Very! Whether the box is full or empty they will stack securely.

How many boxes to a stack?
Although our boxes are easily stacked, we don't recommend stacking them above your own height and recommend a six box limit to every stack.
Are reusable moving boxes safe?
Absolutely! The flip-lid tops on reusable moving boxes eliminate the need to use tape dispensers with serrated edges or a blade while unpacking. Their sturdy and stackable design also means you'll never have to worry about anything falling out of the bottom when carried or them toppling over when stacked!
How long can I rent reusable moving boxes?
Our packages can be rented anywhere from two weeks to four weeks. If you need a rental period longer than this, we'd be happy to discuss our additional weekly rates over the phone, just give us a ring at 720-919-2597.
What are your delivery/pick up hours?
We operate from 8am to 6pm daily. If you do not have availability during these hours, let us know and we'll work with you to find a time that works best for your pickup or delivery.
Do I need to be home for delivery and pick up?
Yes, we do need someone home during both pickup and delivery. However, we will work with you to figure out the best time that works for you. To ensure we are respecting your time, we agree upon a one hour time slot and text you when we are about 15 mins out.
When will I be charged?
If you order over the phone at 720-919-2597, your card will be charged the day before out agreed delivery time. If you order through our website, your card will be charged once you've completed the checkout process.
Can I purchase a Simply Box’d box?
Absolutely, many movers would like to keep some of their items in storage. We allow these movers to simply purchase the boxes they would like to keep packed up. Give us a call at 720-919-2597 or let your driver know upon pickup if this is something you are interested in and they will be able to process your order at that time.
Do you move the boxes?
No, we do not offer moving services. We do, however, have a short list of trusted moving companies that we would be happy to recommend.
What if I miss a delivery or pick up?
We can always delay or advance delivery and pick up time. However, if you are simply not present at the time or pickup or delivery, with no advanced notice, a $25 trip and rescheduling fee will be charged.
I accidentally damaged a box or dolly. What now?
We're proud to say we've got the most durable boxes we could find on the market. However, we understand that freak accidents happen and we will make every effort to ensure that the box or dolly can be used again. If one is damaged to the point that it cannot be used again, a $30 replacement fee per box and a $50 replacement fee per dolly will be charged.
What is your cancelation policy?
We offer free cancelation up to the day before delivery. If an order is canceled on the day of delivery, there is a $25 cancelation fee.
